How We Can Help You

Simply speaking, Australian public companies must have at least 1 company secretary and at least 1 company secretary must ordinarily reside in Australia.

ASX-listed entities are required to also have a person responsible for communication with ASX in relation to listing rule matters. A nominated ASX communication person appointed on or after 1 July 2022 must have completed an approved listing rule compliance course and attained a satisfactory pass mark prior to appointment.

We can offer:

  • the full service of an independent company secretary (including as the ASX LR 12.6 communication person)

  • support to your named company secretary

  • ad-hoc company secretarial services and governance advice as and when requested
