Gillian Nairn

Gillian has over 20 years legal and governance experience. After practising as a lawyer for eight years in commercial litigation, insolvency and employment law, Gillian decided to pursue her interest in corporate governance, undertaking further studies to become a chartered company secretary.
Gillian has provided company secretarial services across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including healthcare, mining and resources, manufacturing, professional services and tertiary education.
Gillian holds a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Economics) and a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW and a post graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance during which she was awarded National DUX in Corporate Financial Management. Gillian is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and The Chartered Governance Institute and holds a current NSW legal practising certificate.
